These are the questions PYFFO Family actually asks. Not a quiz — the real ones, in the words they are asked in.

When one person holds every renewal date and every half-finished errand in their head, the tiring part is not any single task. It is the remembering.
PYFFO treats that as friction with a real cost, asks what it takes up, and asks what the house could remember for itself instead. It never suggests the answer is trying harder.

How it works
Find it. Question it. Do the smallest useful thing.

- Simplify — what is the shortest sensible version?
- Remove friction — what makes it hard to start?
- Accelerate — what could happen without you?
- Finish — the smallest thing you could do in ten minutes.
It sorts what you find into Now, Next, Investigate and Leave it — and leaving something is a real decision, made once, rather than a thing you feel guilty about every week.
Afterwards it asks what actually got better, so an improvement is something you confirmed rather than something you meant to do.

Nobody sees your house but you.
What you write down about your home stays on your device. There is no account, no login, and no PYFFO server holding any of it.
You can export or share something if you choose to. Nothing goes anywhere unless you send it.
